Missions Opportunity

This summer I am excited to be able to lead a team to Slidell, Louisiana. The team will be complied of Charis and Antioch (our brother house) residents. I am anticipating taking a team of about 20.
We will be staying at Faith Bible Church in Slidell, Lousiana. If you would like information on the church, you can check out their website at: http://www.faithbibleslidell.com. I am really excited for a chance to head back. Slidell is very near and dear to me-this will be my fifth trip to the area. The trip is going to happen from Saturday, June 26th-Saturday, July 3rd.
There are many details still up in the air, but as I watch plans come together, I know this trip is going to impact so many lives (both team members and residents of Slidell). We will be working on houses damaged by Hurricane Katrina. Hopefully on Wednesday (as a change of pace) we will be able to spend the day working with Carpenter's House.
